FAQ on our parking systems
Parking systems from stolzer work completely mechanically, are based on pallet technology and are designed to cover the entire life cycle and reduce the life cycle costs of a parking facility. The bright, spacious transfer areas are suitable for wheelchairs and baby strollers and meet the requirements for female parking spaces. The vehicles are parked safely and protected from the harsh conditions. With parking systems from stolzer, the costs for technical building equipment can be significantly reduced. There is no need for extensive lighting and ventilation systems outside the transfer room. They also offer further savings potential through lower operating costs, for example by eliminating the need for winter maintenance, cleaning services and parking space surveillance.
Parking pallets are innovative solutions that help to optimize the available parking space. The cars are parked on special platforms, the so-called "pallets", and these are then placed in the respective parking position using a transport system. This allows more vehicles to be accommodated in a limited space. Parking pallets also protect the parked cars from potential damage by other vehicles. Parking pallets are mechanical systems designed to make more efficient use of space in parking garages and parking areas.
By using parking pallets, the vehicles are parked safely and protected from parking bumps in the system. Another advantage: significantly less soiling, as dirt, oil, dew and rainwater, for example, can be collected centrally directly on the parking pallet.
At stolzer, e-charging units can be integrated directly into the parking system. This enables a seamless connection between parking and charging. When a driver parks their electric vehicle on a parking pallet, it can be connected directly to the pallet via a charging cable. This eliminates the need to search for a separate, free charging station. This saves time and provides additional convenience. While the vehicle is safely parked, the battery is charged at the same time. This innovative integration of parking system and e-charging technology ensures that electric vehicles are always ready when their owners need them, while promoting environmentally friendly mobility.
The transfer room is the special area in a parking system where drivers park their vehicles before they are automatically transported to the parking space in the parking system. Transfer rooms serve as an interface between the driver and the automated parking system. At stolzer, these spaces are designed to be user-friendly, bright and spacious to provide a pleasant experience for users. They are also wheelchair and baby stroller accessible and meet the requirements of a female parking space. Once the vehicle has been parked and left in the transfer room, the parking system takes over and automatically parks the vehicle in an available space. This maximizes the efficiency and safety of parking and reduces the space required compared to traditional parking methods.
In stolzer's automated parking systems, the traditional manual parking process is replaced by an automated process. Once the vehicle has been parked in the transfer area on the parking pallet, the SRU takes over. This intelligent system transports the parking plate with the vehicle to the designated location within the parking system. This enables a closer arrangement of the vehicles and more efficient use of the available space. There is no public traffic in the parking area. The parked vehicles are therefore protected against theft. The technology also minimizes the risk of damage and accidents, as human error when parking and retrieving is virtually eliminated.
