FAQ

Maybe we can already answer your question with our FAQ - nevertheless we are also happy to talk to you personally!

1. How does the automatic parking system work?

The customer enters the transfer room, which is equipped with a parking pallet embedded in the floor. The vehicle is parked on this parking pallet. Sensors check whether it is parked correctly. As soon as the customer leaves the transfer room and confirms the parking process by pressing a button on the parking terminal, the parking pallet is moved to a parking space underneath the transfer room. As soon as the customer requests the vehicle, it is returned to the transfer room. The transfer room opens and the user can drive out.

2. What makes an automatic parking system?

After parking the vehicle in the spacious, bright transfer room, the user leaves it. The parking process is started by the user at the push of a button and ended in the same way on return. Parking couldn't be more convenient.

3. What is a semi-automatic parking system?

We refer to our Compact Parker as a semi-automatic parking system. This parking system variant is suitable for closed user groups. The user moves in and the system. The semi-automatic parking system is protected by sliding gates and can be opened with an access medium. Here, the individual parking pallets are assigned to the respective users. For example, two-wheeler racks can also be placed on the user's own parking pallet.

4.How is the user guided?

There are monitors in the transfer rooms that explain each individual step in comprehensible pictograms. If you do have a question, you can contact our competent customer service by phone. The telephone number is posted on the parking systems.

5. What contact points does my vehicle have with the parking system?

The vehicle is parked on the parking pallet and has no further contact with the parking system. Our parking systems are deliberately based on this parking pallet technology.

6. How long will it take to return my vehicle?

Depending on where your vehicle is located in the parking system, the return time may vary. As a rule, your vehicle will be ready to leave within a few minutes in the handover room. We make parking a safe feel-good experience and thus save you the long search for your vehicle in dark underground garages.

7. Can there be any damage to my vehicle?

Your vehicle even parks particularly safely with us: Sensors protect your vehicle as soon as you drive in and ensure the correct position on the parking pallet. Without this check, the parking process will not start. Rim scratches caused by scraping boards and scratches to the paintwork caused by other vehicles are also a thing of the past. Since there is no movement of people in our parking systems, your vehicle and your valuables are even specially protected. Your vehicle is also safe from the effects of the weather, such as snow, rain or hail.

14. What if there is a failure of the parking system?

We have made provisions for the unlikely event. Please call our hotline, the number is posted on the parking system. We will send a technician immediately and promise with our mobility guarantee that you will be able to keep your appointments.

15. How long does an automatic parking system last?

Our oldest parking system has been in operation for over 20 years. Even over 1 million cycles are achieved without any problems.

16. How expensive is a parking system, measured per parking space?

With an optimal ratio of the number of parking spaces to the stacker crane, the price could start at 15,000 euros.

Our semi-automatic parking system is priced below that. Let's also talk about life cycle costs of our parking systems in contrast to the conventional parking object!

17. What are the advantages of an automatic system compared to a conventional parking object?

Clearly the consumption of space as well as the reduction of life cycle costs. Where conventional parking facilities require at least 25 - 30m² of space per parking space, we manage with approx. 40 - 50% less area for one parking space. The parking of the vehicles in the rack also increases the volume utilization. In addition, the classic operation of the parking facility is eliminated and this is reflected in the economic efficiency. Since we have no movement of people outside the transfer area, there is no need for cleaning, winter maintenance, lighting, signage, technical building equipment (such as ventilation, etc.), emergency call systems, etc. on the parking spaces. Another advantage from the user's point of view is certainly that one no longer has to move oneself and the vehicle through the often dark parking facility. The rims stay intact and the customers in the light.
